Why do I need to log in / Why can I not log in?

All information from the CERM online help is only available in a protected environment through https://onlinehelp.cerm.net. To access it, you need a CERM ID.

If you don't know if you already have a CERM ID, reach out to your company's IT administrator or your CERM Project manager. They should be able to provide you with the necessary information or create an account for you.

You are the IT administrator

You will have to request CERM to activate the CERM ID for your company, through the request form.

But first, you have to decide how you will do the CERM user management:

  • Option 1: link to the Azure Active Directory (if you have this in your company)
  • Option 2: manage users manually within the CERM ID platform

Request a CERM ID

 

 After you submit the request form, your CERM-ID will be set up and an activation email will be sent to you from cerm-id@cerm.net.

Please check that your email system allows messages from cerm-id@cerm.net and does not block them or mark them as junk/spam.

Verify your CERM ID

After completing the steps from the activation email, verify if the connection with CERM ID is set up successfully:

  • Log in through https://onlinehelp.cerm.net
  • Notify the users of the CERM applications within your company, that they now can access the CERM online help through the link above.

As soon as more CERM applications will make use of the CERM ID we will notify you.
